Modern, quietly situated duplex apartment with a private terrace and a garden, near the beach

This well-maintained duplex apartment with a private terrace and a garden is at the end of a road with little traffic.

You can make yourselves comfortable and relax on the terrace and in the private garden after an exciting day. It has seating, a parasol, a canopy swing and a deckchair. There is a grill available for use in the garden next to the terrace. A private car parking space for the apartment is also provided.

The 80m² apartment consists of a living room-kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a terrace. The air-conditioned living room comprises a comfortable sitting area with a leather sofa, a TV and a dining table, as well as an open cooking corner equipped with a stove, oven, coffee machine, fridge and espresso pot. The two bedrooms on the upper floor provide a double bed 160cm wide and two single beds 90cm wide. Bathroom has light tiles and is fitted with a shower, WC, hairdryer and washing machine. The apartment has a wireless Internet connection. Pets are not allowed.

It is just a five-minute walk to the beach and restaurants. It is a beautiful 20-minute walk along the sea into the town centre, with a range of trips on offer.

    “Compleet ingericht appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien. Kleine supermarkt op 3 minuten lopen, tot stand ongeveer 10 minuten. Zeer vriendelijke eigenares.”

    “Grundstück befindet sich in ruhiger Lage. Den Kamingrill sollte man unbedingt benutzen! Ausstattung bot alles was man benötigt. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich. Als Willkommensgruß waren eine Flasche guter Wein und eine große Schüssel voll Weintrauben! Nochmal Danke an die Vermieter!”

    “Haus und Ausstattung bot alles, was wir brauchten und war in bestem Zustand. Zusätzlich zu der angegebenen Ausstattung war sogar eine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Die Vermieter waren äußerst freundlich.

    Der einzige Nachteil war für uns, dass das Grundstück nicht "hunde-dicht" ist. D.h. wir konnten unseren Hund leider nicht frei herumlaufen lassen aber das führt zu keiner Abwertung, weil es auch nicht entsprechend angegeben ist.”
