Pleasant House in Okrug Gornji with Large Terrace

The holiday house enjoys a quiet, elevated location on the south side of the island Ciovo, which is connected to the town Trogir. It is by a beautiful beach with a view of the open sea and the islands Brac and Solta.

The living room leads out onto the large terrace (30m²) with a beautiful view of the sea and the garden. The terrace provides garden furniture, a parasol and two teak loungers. Enjoy the open view and the sunshine. The house has a garden with Mediterranean herbs and an outdoor grill area. There is parking space on site for three to four cars.

You holiday house provides 140m² of living space and is suitable for up to nine people. The 30m² air-conditioned living and dining room on the ground floor has a three-seater sofa (convertible into a bed), two pull-out armchairs, satellite TV and a dining space. The ground floor also comprises a large bathroom with a shower, WC and washing machine, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The four 15m² bedrooms are on the upper floor. Three bedrooms face south and afford a wonderful view of the sea and the large terrace. The rooms are all identically furnished with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and have an air conditioning unit. The fourth bedroom has two single beds 90cm wide and a view of the parking area, serves as a children’s bedroom and has access to its own balcony (4m²). There is also a large bathroom with a WC on the upper floor.

If you walk through the garden you get directly to the beach. Everything else you need for a pleasant holiday, such as a grocery shop, pharmacy, post office, butcher, bakery and a market are only 400 metres from the house and so within easy walking distance. Only 200 metres from the house there is a diving club with many years of experience. In the centre of Okrug Dornji 700 metres away you can find bars and entertainment. You can hire pedalos, jet skis and waterskis there and go on trips to the nearby islands and famous national parks.

Guests are welcomed with a free drink.

    “Das Ferienhaus liegt zwar in einer sehr engen Zufahrtstraße bietet aber alles was einen Urlaub erholsam macht. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Die Ansprechpartner sind sehr freundlich und erkundigen sich ohne aufdringlich zu sein nach den Bedürfnissen. Die Lage unmittelbar an einer Badebucht und der gepflegte Garten haben uns sehr zugesagt.”
