Villa Vale is a new house built in 2015 and located in the small village Pilati, only 3 km from the place Karojba where there are restaurants and shops, 9 km from the lovely Motovun, and 25 km from the sea.
From some parts of the house and the infinity pool stretches a beautiful view of the landscape of central Istria. For the active guests and the ones who enjoy the untouched nature, there are hiking and bicycle paths through forests and meadows located near the house. On its property of 3500 sqm Villa Vale offers to its guests an infinity pool of 22 sqm, sun beds and parasols, covered terrace with sitting furniture, barbecue, swing and slide for kids, private garden with vegetables and 3 parking spaces.
