This tastefully furnished holiday apartment is in a quiet and green residential area in Novalja, within walking distance of the long beaches along the north coast of the sunny Croatian island of Pag.
Large glass doors in the living room open directly onto your private sunny baclony with modern garden furniture. From here you have an extensive view over the rooftops of the locality as far as the sea. If you arrive by car you can use the parking space right in front of the house.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a three-storey apartment building from the year 2007. Its living space of 51m² comprises an open living and dining room with a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The air-conditioned (cool/warm) living room provides a generous corner sofa suite, a wide flatscreen TV with satellite channels and an elegant glass dining table with four designer chairs. Next to it there is the glossy built-in kitchen in trendy red, with the latest appliances: dishwasher, ceramic hob with cooker hood, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and toaster. One of the two bedrooms is furnished with a double bed (160 x 200cm), the other with two single beds (90 x 200cm). The sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional double bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a wall mirror, a toilet and a washing machine with a dryer function. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided on arrival and the reliable wireless Internet connection is included in the rental price.
It is about 250 metres to the sea and the nearest beach. The centre of Novalja about 500 metres away provides all everyday holiday amenities: shops, colourful markets and a good range of cafes and restaurants.
