This cosy holiday home is within a detached holiday home with a garden. It is located outside of the town centre in a quiet location in Vieira do Minho, 33 km east of Braga and 90 km northeast of Porto, on the foothills of the Peneda-Gerês National Park and near the 'Albufeira de Caniçada'-Rio Cávado dam. The 120 m² first floor flat with a balcony is accessible via an exterior staircase. It boasts two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with a shower, a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a fireplace and a flat screen television, as well as a separate kitchen. The bedrooms are furnished with double beds (160 cm x 200 cm), nightstands and dressers. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and an armchair. The fireplace offers a cosy atmosphere. For your evening entertainment, there is a flat screen TV. The dining table for four lets you enjoy meals together. The kitchen offers a fridge/freezer combo, a four burner gas stove, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster and a dishwasher. The two bathrooms each boast a shower, a sink and a toilet. The house has central heating.

Relax and enjoy the wonderful views from the balcony. Outside, you can make use of a patio with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Parking is available at the house.

It is only 300 meters to a snack bar and 1.5 km to a restaurant. It is one kilometre to the lake "Barragem de Caniçada". IT is three kilometres to a small town with a shop and a butcher. It is 4 km to Rio Caldo where you can partake in aquatic sports; there is also a pharmacy, a doctor, a shop and an ATM. We recommend trips to: St. Benedict church of S. Bento da Porta Aberta (6.5 km) a public pool, an indoor pool, a supermarket, a tennis court and a horse stable, as well as a weekly market, which takes place on Mondays, are accessible within a 12 km perimeter. it is 50 km to Guimarães and 70 km to the sandy beaches Ofir, Esposende and Apúlia. It is 88 km to Porto airport. Peneda-Gerês National Park is located in north-western Portugal. A rental car is recommended, so you can make the most of your stay.
