Beautiful apartment for four people, an ideal starting point in FrankenThis apartment is in the light basement, is centrally located and easy to get to by road and by rail. The apartment was completely newly renovated in 2016 and is just 33km from Nürnberg airport. It is optimally situated for holiday-makers, contract workers, trade fair visitors, gourmets and sportspeople.It provides around 53m² of living space for a maximum of four people. The living and dining room has a pull-out sofa for two people (140cm wide), a coffee table and satellite TV. The lovely open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, an oven, a fridge, a dishwasher and a dining space, everything you need for self-catering. The bedroom next to it has a double bed 180cm wide, a wardrobe and a dresser. Bed linen is included. The bathroom provides a shower, WC, washbasin, towels, a hairdryer, soap and shampoo. All the rooms have heating. There is a washing machine in the laundry room (payable) and Internet access nearby.You can share use of the garden and garden furniture in the outdoor area. A private parking bay is available on site free of charge. Please inform us before arrival whether you require it. Pets are welcome on request.As the owner lives on site, you have a direct contact partner in the event of any queries. A little trip guidebook with advice about the surroundings can be provided by the owner. If you are planning a party, you can order a delicious homemade cake, with varying prices. Please note that the house is non-smoking.The Fränkische Schweiz is among the most beautiful recreational areas in Germany and is near the Nürnberg, Fürth and Erlangen metropolitan region.
