Furnished apartments with a sea view

The apartments are located on the northern outskirts of Stari Grad, just 150 metres from the sea, on the second floor of a building with other apartments.

Your accommodation is just 150 metres from the beach. There are restaurants, a supermarket, a bank, a pharmacy and a post office within 500 metres. It is two kilometres to Paklenica National Park. Other national parks (Krka, Kornati, Plitvice), the historic centre of Zadar, rafting possibilities in Zrmanja or a photo safari to Velebit are all within one to one and a half hours away.

Cosy apartment with a sea view from the private balcony

The 65m² apartment can accommodate four adults comfortably. The two bedrooms are each furnished with two single beds (90 x 200cm) that can also be pushed together as a double bed. Cupboards provide ample storage space. Satellite TV (Astra and Hotbird) and a dining table are also provided in the living room-kitchen, which is equipped with all the essentials for self-catering, including a fridge, a two-ring hob, a coffee machine, dishwasher, plates and crockery. There is also two bathrooms with a shower. Enjoy many pleasant hours on the balcony with a sea view. Balcony furniture is provided. One parking spot is available. The apartment is on the second floor you must climb the stairs. Air conditioning is in the living room. The living room and one bedroom have an exit to the balcony with a beautiful sea view.

The facility is about 200 m from the nearest beach. To the village, the center is about two kilometers or about 20-minute walking distance.
Room service is not available.

The surroundings are uphill because Starigrad is located under the edges of Velebit mountain which is also a nature park.

    “Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Reinigungsmittel wie z. B. Tabs für den Geschirrspüler sind vorhanden. Das Haus liegt etwas zurück versetzt an der Hauptstraße, aber ruhig. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und sprechen sehr gut Deutsch.”
