Modern villa with a garden and a pool and stunning views of the surrounding landscape

This holiday flat is located in an exclusive neighbourhood in Santa Úrsula in northern Tenerife.



The villa accommodates up to eight people on two floors. The four bedrooms are located on the ground floor and are furnished with a double bed, two single beds, a bunk bed and a single bed and an extra bed. The bedrooms are all furnished with wardrobes and some offer views over the pool area. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, a toilet and a sink. The second bathroom boasts a shower. A staircase leads from the living room to the first floor. On the top floor you will find the open spaced living, dining and kitchen area. The living room is furnished with two sofas and a flat screen satellite television. The adjacent dining area is furnished with a large table. The adjacent kitchen is furnished with a stove, an oven, a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a washing machine and a coffee maker. There is also a dining table with three chairs. Relax and enjoy the wonderful views over the mountains all the way to the ocean. The third bathroom has a shower and a toilet, a sink and a bathtub. Wi-Fi is available. Upon request, a high chair and a travel cot can be provided.



The private exterior is home to the pool, which can be heated at a fee and upon request, sun loungers, seating accommodation and a sun shade. The adjacent barbecue area is furnished with a table, chairs and an additional sun shade. The fenced in property offers parking for two vehicles.



The nearest restaurant and shops can be easily accessed on foot. The closest beach is only two kilometres from the property. Activities abound: hiking, kayaking, whale watching or a trip up the Teide.
