The holiday house enjoys an exclusive location just a few steps from the promenade, in the picturesque fishing village Jezera on the island Murter. The island is connected to the mainland via a bridge. It is 300 metres to a pebbled beach, as well as a natural stone beach and countless little bays.

The fully air-conditioned house of around 204m² is suitable for twelve adults and two children. It has six bedrooms each with a double bed (180 x 200cm) or two single beds (80 x 200cm) that can be joined together. There is a residential unit on the ground floor with a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge, dishwasher, cookware and tableware, a dining room for 12 people, two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with a shower and WC, a storage room and cloakroom space. The upper floor comprises four further bedrooms with double beds, a wardrobe, a table and chairs, a bathroom with a shower and WC, and a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining corner and a balcony. There are two further bedrooms on the top floor, each with a double bed and a single bed, a table and chairs and a wardrobe. Two of the rooms have a shower and WC. Two supplementary single beds (90 x 200cm) are also available.

The house has a garden with a grill and garden furniture, where you can relax at the end of the day. The boat jetty belonging to the site is a special feature.

The house is ideal for a seaside holiday on the Croatian coast: the pebbled beach and countless bays are within walking distance. You can go on trips in the rowing boat. The area is a paradise for boat owners. There are restaurants, bars and shops in the immediate vicinity of the house. The nearest grocery shop is about 100 metres away. You can stroll on the promenade right in front of the house.
