Holiday house in natural surroundings for a relaxing holiday in the north of Vienna

This detached holiday house is in a little village just 3km outside of the northern city periphery of Vienna. The centre of Vienna is 20 minutes away by car. The quiet location and the beautiful surroundings with fields and forests are impressive. Hagenbrunn is a charming place with many ‘Heurigen’ (local inns) visited by many Viennese guests. There is the forested Bisamberg nearby, a very popular trip destination for Viennese locals.

The roofed terrace has garden furniture. Owing to the roofing and the trees next to it, it is pleasant even at the height of summer. The site is fenced and therefore also suitable for children.

The house with a roofed terrace is on an enclosed site and provides 75m² of living space. The interior consists of an open living room with a pellets stove, a flatscreen TV and a comfortable sitting corner, a bedroom next to it with a double bed (180 x 200cm), a bedroom with a comfortable boxspring double bed, a fully-equipped separate kitchen with a ceramic hob and oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a fridge with a large freezer compartment, an adjoining bathroom with a bath and washbasin, a separate toilet and a storage room for your luggage.

Owing to the quiet location in a residential district, the centre of Hagenbrunn with restaurants and wine bars is just a short walk, 1km away. Shops such as supermarkets await your visit the same distance away. Apart from trips into nature, it is worth going on a day trip to Burg Kreuzenstein with a museum of the same name 17km away. Shopping enthusiasts will enjoy the G3 shopping resort Gerasdorf about 6km away.

The special features are the extensive 1800m² site and two bicycles for use free of charge. You can go on walks straight from the house. Vienna can also be accessed by public transport.

    “Badkamer is niet handig ingedeeld, kan een probleem zijn voor oudere mensen. Bed van 1 slaapkamer had een dunne matras waardoor je de lattenbodem kon voelen. Uitstekende wifi. Je kunt goed buiten zitten.”

    “Een goed gefaciliteerde woning op een rustige plek, ruim, schoon met een goede prijs. De woning is vooral geschikt voor volwassenen, daar er 1 slaapkamer is en een slaapgelegenheid in de woonkamer. In de 2e slaapkamer staat een bankstel. Om de woning te kunnen bereiken is het goed ter been zijn wel een vereiste. De aangeboden fietsen zijn mountainbikes. De eigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
    De woning ligt niet in Bisamberg zoals op de website is aangegeven maar in Hagenbrunn. Dit maakt een verschil voor mensen die met het openbaar vervoer reizen, omdat Bisamberg een station heeft en Hagenbrunn een busverbinding.”

    “Das Objekt liegt in einer sehr ruhigen und gepflegten Lage. Die Wohnung verfügt über alles was man benötigt. Die Vermieter wohnen auf der Anlage und sind sehr um die Zufriedenheit der Gäste bemüht. Das war sehr angenehm und sehr praktisch bei Fragen.Wir empfehlen sehr gerne dieses Objekt weiter.”
