The luxurious accommodation enjoys a quiet location, nor far from the beach, in Svinø Beach in the west of the South-Seeland region. It is 200 metres from the beach.
Rent a 100m² luxury holiday house from the year 2011 with a whirlpool! It is at ground level and can accommodate six people comfortably. The spacious and light living and dining room with an open kitchen is the centrepiece of the apartment and has a fireplace, a sofa suite with two sofas, a coffee table, a TV and a dining table with six chairs. The kitchen with a counter and three bar stools is fully-equipped with all modern appliances. Two bedrooms each have a large double bed, a TV and a wardrobe. The third bedroom has a sofa bed for two people and a wardrobe. The main bathroom consists of a whirlpool bath, shower, washbasin, toilet, washing machine and dryer. There is also a guest WC. Underfloor heating, heat pumps that also work as air conditioning, and Wi-Fi are available.
You can sit and relax on the big wooden deck and listen to the sea howling, with views of open fields. It has a dining table with chairs, a grill, a parasol and lovely night lighting. There is a football goal for children. Or you can play in the large garden. Parking spaces are available.
It is just a few steps to the wonderful sandy beach with flatly shelved water and a Blue Flag. Explore nature on a walk along well-developed paths. You can visit places of interest in the area such as the Dybsø harbour, the Avnø nature centre, the Månehøj burial mound and the Svinø church with the graves of soldiers from WW2. Within an hour’s drive you can find exciting attractions: BonBon-Land, Fantasy World, Knuthenborg Safaripark, a Medieval Centre, Gavnø castle, Naestved and Vordingborg with several large shopping centres.
