Villa Lipa is a stylish, Mediterranean stone house more than 100 years old and completely renovated, in which one can feel the spirit of the past on every step.

The house is located in Privlaka, on a plot of 1600 m2, surrounded by vineyards, olive and fig trees, only 700 meters from the beautiful sandy beach.

Among the olive trees in the garden is a swimming pool of 32 m2, a pure oasis of refreshment and relaxation. Next to the pool is the 60 m2 terrace, which is located directly in front of the house.

The interior of the house has a spacious living room, kitchen, dining room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The rooms also offer space for two extra beds so that the villa can accommodate up to 8 people.

Villa is air conditioned, has free Wi-Fi and satellite TV.

Behind the house there are parking for 2 cars and a large garden with a view of one of the most beautiful old church in Dalmatia - Sv. Vid. The villa is located near the medieval town of Nin and the city of Zadar, one of the most beautiful and famous tourist cities in Croatia, an attractive city of tradition, famous for the sea organ and the salute in the sun, beautiful beaches, historical sites, good Restaurants and entertainment. In 2016, the city of Zadar received the title of the most beautiful destination in Europe
