This bungalow renovated in 2016 is situated in the Ronshausen-Machtlos holiday park, a recreational and hiking paradise for all ages in the Waldnessen holiday region. As the road ends in Machtlos, there is no through traffic, nor any industry producing smoke or dust. The surroundings of Machtlos are covered with forests, meadows, pastures and fields. The forest setting that surrounds the locality is particularly impressive. It is an oasis of peace and quiet, also due to the appealing character of the locality with its beautiful timber-framed houses and the little village church.

This accommodation of around 75m² provides ample space for a maximum of four people. The living and dining room has a comfortable corner sofa, a coffee table, satellite TV and a dining table with seating. The kitchen is equipped with a raised oven, a ceramic hob, a large fridge, a dishwasher, an extractor fan, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee machine and a Caffissimo coffee machine by Tchibo. One of the two bedrooms has a high-quality box spring bed (180cm wide), a wardrobe and parquet flooring. The second bedroom has a high-quality sofa bed for two people (ca. 146 x 207cm) with a sprung mattress, a wardrobe and laminate flooring. The bedrooms are light, charming and very comfortable furnished. The beds are already made on arrival. The daylight bathroom provides a WC, a rain shower with a sliding glass door, a large illuminated mirror, a washbasin with a cupboard underneath, an illuminated wall cupboard ad plenty of storage space. A bathroom stool, a hairdryer, a shower towel, two hand towels, a guest towel and a bathrobe per person round off the bathroom. All the rooms in the house have heating. A washing machine and dryer nearby can be used on request. There is no Internet connection.

The beautiful terrace affords a lovely view of the forest, the holiday park and Machtlos. The terrace provides seating, two sun loungers, a parasol and a grill, so you can enjoy a sociable grill evening in summer or lie back on one of the sun loungers, relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. You can park your car free of charge on one of the two outdoor parking spaces. The whole house is non-smoking. No dogs are allowed.

The Ronshausen holiday park with its 170 holiday houses is situated on the slope of Steinkopf (417 metres above sea level) in the Machtlos recreational area. It is an oasis of peace and quiet. Take a deep breath and recharge your body and soul for everyday life. Machtlos has been a state-recognised recreational area since 1983. The location is sheltered from the wind on all sides and has a pleasant climate with few allergens. The nearest centre with bars, clubs, cafes and restaurants is 200-400 metres away. The nearest supermarket is four kilometres away.
