Quietly situated holiday apartment with an attic for four people, just a few minutes’ drive from the town centre of Flensburg

This holiday accommodation is on the edge of the Volkspark in the Mürwirk district of Flensburg. It enjoys a central, but at the same time quiet location.

This holiday apartment is in a single-family house that was built in 1956 and was last renovated in 2016. Its 100m² of living space can accommodate up to four people. It is spread over two floors and consists of two bedrooms, a living room and two bathrooms. The ground floor has a quietly situated bedroom furnished with a pine double bed (180 x 210cm), a bedside table and a pine cupboard three metres wide, with ample space for your clothing and luggage. The bathroom on the ground floor has a toilet, a shower and a washbasin. A washing machine is also available. The first floor comprises a west-facing living room with wooden furniture and a flatscreen TV, as well as a new bathroom consisting of a walk-in shower, a toilet, a washbasin and a hairdryer. The kitchen includes an induction hob, an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment and a dishwasher. As it faces east, you can enjoy sunshine at breakfast in the morning in the spacious dining space. Wooden stairs lead from the living room to the second floor, which consists of an attic and is especially suitable for children, owing to its restricted height. It has two pine beds (90 x 200cm). Each room is fitted with heating.

The shared garden directly borders the Volkspark and provides plenty of space for relaxation and leisure. There is also a lovely place by the garden pond for grilling, with a grill provided free of charge. It is possible to use a parking space free of charge.

Free Wi-Fi access is available. Please note that the property is non-smoking. Pets are allowed upon agreement with the owner, who lives on site.

It is three kilometres to the nearest centre. Just 300 metres from the apartment you can find the nearest grocery shop. It is 500 to 700 metres to bars, clubs, restaurants, cafes and other entertainment. The town centre of Flensburg, especially the small alleys, shops and cosy restaurants, invites you to pay a visit. Flensburg is just a convenient 5-minute drive away. Flensburg and the Angeln landscape, between the Flensburger Förde and Schlei, offer a range of recreational possibilities. The castles at Glücksburg and Schleswig are also very much worth seeing. It is only 10 minutes by car to neighbouring Denmark, while LEGO Land near Billund, popular among children, is a little more than an hour’s drive away. You can enjoy sports activities right nearby, just 300 to 500 metres from the apartment, on the basketball court, football ground or volleyball court. Recreational areas such as Solitude, Sonwik or Glücksburg are a maximum of 15 minutes away by car. The sea and the sandy beach are just three kilometres from the accommodation.
