Holiday apartment Weidenberg
A spacious holiday apartment awaits you amidst nature with a view of the forest. Even so, it is not far from the town centre, as can be seen on our webpage.
The apartment is freshly renovated, with new furnishing and Wi-Fi Internet access.
The apartment has a terrace and garden. You can use the garden for grilling on the charcoal grill. Your pets are welcome on request. It is also possible to set up chairs and a table in the garden.
You can use the washing machine in the cellar for a fee, as well as a dryer or a free clothes stand. A travel bed and highchair are available for use free of charge.
There are many local supermarkets, a pharmacy and doctors, as well as banks. You can take the train or bus to Bayreuth. Weidenberg is the gateway to the Fichtelgebirge, is very close to the Richard Wagner festival town Bayreuth and the Fränkische Schweiz. Oberfranken is known for its breathtakingly beautiful landscape and its highest density of breweries, butchers and bakers in the world. It is therefore scarcely surprising that there are hundreds of types of beer and many delicacies to discover. The Fränkische Schweiz is especially known for its lovely cliffs, climbing and hearty meals, while the Fichtelgebirge is suitable for winter sports and hiking close to nature. Weidenberg has perfect transport connections via Agilis. The train to Bayreuth runs every half an hour and only takes 20 minutes, from 5.36 in the morning from Weidenberg and back to Weidenberg until 23.33 (or 00.21 by bus). Whether it is for the festivals or parties in Bayreuth, those from Weidenberg usually leave their cars parked.
