Holiday and contract worker apartment by the North Sea-Baltic Sea Canal and the Eder

This apartment is on the first floor of a detached single-famoly house and is quietly situated on the outskirts of Büdelsdorf on a cul-de-sac.

The accommodation provides around 50m² of living space for a maximum of three people. The living and dining room has a sofa, coffee table, further seating, satellite TV, a fireplace stove, a radio, a dining table with chairs and a single bed (90cm wide). The built-in kitchen is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle, egg boiler, coffee machine and a sitting corner. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180cm wide), a wardrobe and a smart TV. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, WC and hairdryer. Towels, bed linen, toilet paper and cleaning products are provided free of charge. The owner can provide children’s toys. Heating and free Wi-Fi (VDSL 50000) are available in all rooms of the apartment.

You can share use of a garden outside, with garden furniture, a charcoal grill and two canopy beach chairs, ideal for relaxing. You can use a private car parking space free of charge. Pets are not allowed.

The apartment is non-smoking, but you can smoke outside the house. As the owner lives on site, you have a direct contact person in the event of any queries.

The accommodation is near the forest (100 metres). There is a bus stop just 120 metres away and it is 3.5km to the A7 motorway. You can drive to Eckernförde/Baltic Sea in 15-20 minutes, to Büsum/North Sea in 60 minutes, to Flensburg/Danish border in 50 minutes. It is 700 metres to a supermarket (Lidl/Edeka) and the centre is about 2km away. It is worth visiting the swimming lakes nearby such as Bistensee and Wittensee. It is a five to ten-minute walk to the river Eider and the North-Baltic Sea Canal. The pedestrian tunnel with the longest moving walkway in Europe is another attraction worth seeing. The location of the apartment also invites you to go on hiking and cycling tours, such as along the Eider, the North-Baltic Sea Canal and the Hütten mountains.

    “Ausstattung der Wohnung war sehr gut, alles da was man braucht. Zentrale Lage, Bushaltestelle in der Nähe , beheiztes Freibad und schöne Wege zum Spazieren gehen. Radfahren ist prima - alles flach. Der Zustand war sehr ansprechend , bei der Sauberkeit gab es auch keine Abstriche
    Wir haben schon schlechtere Ferienwohnungen für mehr Geld erleben müssen ,aber diesmal stimmte alles . Der Vermieter war sehr nett, half mit Informationen und hat unsere Wünsche erfüllt.”

    “Ein Ehebett, ein Singlebett und alles, was man so braucht an Hausrat. Ruhige Lage und in der Nähe der Bushaltestelle. Guter Zustand der Inneneinrichtung und vor allem sauber. Schön war auch, dass das Wohnzimmer 3 Fenster hatte und der ganze Raum lichtdurchflutet war. Wir hatten schon schlechtere Ferienwohnungen für bedeutend mehr Geld. Im Preis ist die Gartennutzung mit bei, Liegen und Strandkorb - Erholung pur. Was besonders auffiel, war der nette, aber stets diskrete Kontakt. Von beiden kamen Tipps zur Freizeitgestaltung oder Fragen nach unseren Wünschen, kurzum man fühlte sich gut aufgenommen und der Sinn des Urlaubs wurde erreicht. Wer mit einem Opel Meriwa (wie wir) anreist, hat natürlich einen kleinen Pluspunkt, da die Familie auch einen fährt. Bitte diesen Zusatz nicht ernst nehmen, auch andere PKW sind willkommen und bekommen ihren Stellplatz. Schade war nur, dass die Schwebefähre nach dem Unfall außer Betrieb war, dennoch ist die Schiffsbegrüßungsanlage ein Höhepunkt in Rendsburg. Genauso wie der Fußgängertunnel mit der längsten Rolltreppe Europas. Einen Nachteil gab es allerdings - wir mussten wieder abreisen.”
