Modern Apartment in Biograd Na Moru with Private Parking and Picturesque Views

The apartment is in a house newly renovated in 2017 in a quiet location (luxury district) right above the most beautiful beach in Croatia (Soline).

The house has three apartments. This apartment is for a maximum of six people. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, Internet access, air conditioning, final cleaning included.

It also has a balcony, two parking spaces and the villa has a big garden with privacy.

A restaurant, the beach and shops are only about 80 metres away. As Biograd is situated in an area of the Adriatic with the largest number of islands and is surrounded by several national parks and nature reserves, the town is an ideal starting point for trips. In Biograd there are excellent beaches, all near the town and connected to the town centre by paths. The Bošana beach is on the norhern edge of the town, right in front of the apartment houses. The beach provides all the necessary amenities, only shade is missing, as there is no forest nearby. The two other popular beaches at Biograd are Drazica and Soline, which stretch out right next to the promenade and can be accessed from the Ilirija Hotel along an easy walk towards the Soline bay. The beach boasts a Blue Flag (for the best beaches in Europe). 80 metres below the apartment there is a pedestrian path leading directly to the town centre. There are many shops, restaurants and beautiful beaches by the promenade. It is 15km to the motorway and 20km to Zadar airport. There are many activities at the beaches, various sports and entertainment programmes, gastronomy, as well as fun offers for children. You can swim along the whole Biograd Riviera, with beaches in the neighbouring localities such as Pakostane and Sv. Filip I Jakov. You can go rafting on the Krka and Zrmanja rivers, as well as on diving trips in the Kornati archipelago. For those who prefer it a big more leisurely and quiet, water gymnastics is organised on the beaches. Biograd na Moru is now a tourist and marine centre on the central Adriatic coast. It lies on a peninsula surrounded by modern marinas, beautiful beaches and a popular promenade, affording one of the most picturesque views of the Pasman Canal and scattered little islands.
