Holiday House in Banjole with Private Parking

The holiday bungalow is located at the edge of the pine forest, in a quiet part of the village of Banjole. House is close to the beach just 70 m away from the house. Everything is nearby, so once you came to the house you can park your car and relax.Fully detached, modern furnished holiday bungalow with a private sea view garden (500 m2), less than 100 m from the sea, ideal for people who like privacy

A highlight is the garden that extends to 600m² and is full of palm trees, oleanders, lavender, rosmary and flowers. It is also equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture (sunshade and two garden loungers). And right in front of the bungalow you find a sunny terace with a table and chairs for outdoor dining with a view of the garden and the sea. Parking place is on the house court.

The living space is about 65 m² in size. The bungalow can accommodate up to five persons. It consists of a living room with a dining area, a separate, fully equipped kitchen, a modern shower bathroom and a bedroom. The bedroom is furnished with a 160 x 200 cm double bed. The sofa in the living room can be folded out to another double bed plus there is a single bed and a dining table. The fully-equipped kitchen is complete with dishwasher, Ceran cooktop, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine and a dining table. The bungalow is air conditioned.

The beach is only about 70 meters away. There is a nice pine forest with a promenade along the sea, ideal for walking around. Close to the beach are pine trees so you have natural shade if you like it. Also, there are a lot of small natural rocky beaches with not a lot of people where you can enjoy the peace and green nature.

The property is fenced and is therefore suitable for children and dogs.

    “Ein schönes Ferienhaus, liebevoll eingerichtet und in guter Lage, umgeben von einem herrlichen Garten. Es eignet sich auch bestens für Ulaub mit Hund. Die Vermieterin ist äußerst freundlich und unkompliziert.”

    “Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt einem an nichts. Das Bad wurde neu renoviert und ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Garten und die Pflanzen um das Haus herum sind wunderschön.
    Absolut für Hunde geeignet. Ein langer Naturstrand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe.
    Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin verlief völlig unkompliziert und war sehr angenehm.”

    “Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und war perfekt für unsere drei Hunde. Das Grundstück ist mit einem hohen Zaun umgeben, so dass die Hunde weder ein Loch unten durch fanden oder sie einfach drüberspringen konnten. Der Garten ist gross und mit Grill, Essplatz und Liegestühlen ausgestattet.
    Das Haus war sehr sauber und sehr liebevoll vorbereitet. Sogar mit Seife, Shampoo und Spümittel und Geschirrspülmittel.
    Um die Ecke (an drei Häusern vorbei) ist in einer Bucht ein kleiner Badestrand mit Kies und weiter anschließend unter Pinien ein schöner Spazierweg.”
