Detached holiday house with a garden
This country house is about 200 metres from the little village of Carignano. It is a detached house surrounded by seven hectares of garden with trees. The house is ideal for all those who would like to enjoy peace and quiet.
The 200m² of living space is on two floors. The ground floor has a big living and dining room, a bathroom with a shower and a kitchen, equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and fridge with freezer compartment. The first floor has four bedrooms, of which two have a double bed (160 x 200cm), one has two single beds (90 x 200cm) and one has one single bed (90 x 200cm). One of the two double bedrooms and the other two bedrooms have air conditioning. On the first floor there is also a bathroom with a shower and there is a little guest WC. The house has heating throughout. Wireless Internet access is available.
Outside there is a garden with garden furniture and a barbecue. There are four car parking spaces on site. The site is completely fenced. Pets are allowed (on request).
There are shops about four kilometres from the house. Pesaro and its beaches are about 12km from the house. It is about 40km to Urbino.
