Welcome to this beautiful house, which is characterised by great architecture. Here you will be greeted by a bright, inviting interior, cosy bedrooms and a living room with an open-plan kitchen. The house also has a large annex where a couple can sleep. Put your feet up on the sofas or conjure up delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen.

Step out from the living room onto the open, inviting wooden terrace. Ideal for sunbathing or cosy barbecues. Watch your children play in the garden and explore the playhouse. The house is situated on a fenced-in corner plot and only a few hundred metres from the sandy beach in Nyehusen. You can also visit nearby Yngsjö on the east coast of Skåne and experience the Friseboda nature reserve.

Yngsjö and its surroundings invite you to enjoy a variety of experiences in the midst of nature. The Skåneleden, an impressive hiking trail that takes you through the beautiful landscape of southern Sweden, is right on your doorstep. Explore dense forests, gentle dunes and idyllic coastal stretches that invite you to take relaxing walks and more challenging hikes. The nearby sandy beaches are ideal for relaxing days by the sea, swimming or picnics. You can also take a trip to historic Kristianstad or visit the charming coastal villages in the region.
