Cosy holiday house for four adults and two children, with a fireplace and a garden
This detached single-family house is in a quiet location on the edge of a forest amidst nature about four kilometres from Schönecken and about 12km from Prüm, at an altitude of 600 metres. It is about 20km to Bitburg.
With living space of about 100m², this accommodation is suitable for a maximum of four adults and two children. The living and dining room provides two sofas, a pull-out sofa bed for two people, two armchairs, a satellite TV, a stereo system, a fireplace for cosy hours and a large dining table with seating in the integrated and heated conservatory with a view out towards the garden. The kitchen is equipped with a mini oven, a toaster, a kettle, an egg boiler, a coffee machine, a washing machine and a dining table. One of the two bedrooms is furnished with a double bed (180cm wide), the second with two single beds (each 90cm wide). The bathroom has a shower, WC, washbasin and hairdryer. The owner can provide a highchair and board games for all ages. All the rooms have heating and Wi-Fi. Internet Speed 150 Mbit/s Download and 25 Mbit/s Upload. A south-facing terrace awaits you outside, adjoining the conservatory and providing garden furniture, a parasol and two garden loungers. The site is fenced and therefore also suitable for children and dogs. An outdoor car parking space or a garage are available. A maximum of one pet is welcome.
