Holiday house with a garden, in the mountains

Our holiday house is situated at an altitude of 1130 metres. It is at the edge of a forest surrounded by meadows where cows graze. The location is wonderfully quiet and you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and of the town. There is another little house next to it, but which is rarely used.

There is a lovely balcony with a wonderful view of Koralm, Saualm and the town Wolfsberg. There is seating for the balcony and the garden, where you can also set up a charcoal grill and watch the sunset on balmy summer evenings with a glass of fine wine. Children or dogs can play out here to their heart’s content. There is a little herb garden. The site is enclosed by a wooden fence. Parking space for two cars is available.

The Zum Koralmblick house is built of wood. The ground floor has a tiled fireplace stove, a kitchen unit with a dishwasher, coffee machine, capsules coffee machine and radio, an entrance area with an adjoining bathroom with a shower and WC, along with two bedrooms with a single bed and a double bed. The upper floor has a cosy TV corner and space for children to play, with another adjoining room with a double bed. You can heat with the tiled fireplace stove or with wood in the cellar. Electricity is included in the price. There are also solar panels for hot water. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided.

It is a short drive to Klippitztörl with a summer luge and ant trail, as well as beautiful hiking trails in the nearby nature. In winter you can go skiing and then end the day with a good meal in the nearby restaurants. The nearest shopping facility is 10km from the house. In the nearby town Wolfsberg there is a beautiful castle. There are many other places of interest, or you can simply enjoy nature.

    “Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich super toll. Die Lage absolut sehenswert. Wer die Ruhe und Kuhglocken genießen möchte, ist hier goldrichtig. Das Objekt ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man für seinen Urlaub benötigt. Die Anfahrt ist auf dem gut ausgebauten Schotterweg gut zu erreichen. Die Vermieter wohnen nicht weit weg von dem Haus und Grundstück. Sie sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir, als 4-köpfige Familie mit großem Hund können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!”
