This charming 16th Century water mill has been thoughtfully restored in keeping with its original charm. It is wonderfully adorned with charming stone walls, beamed ceilings and antique furnishings. The holiday home offers plenty of space with five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large living area and kitchen. Outside, you will benefit from a fenced garden, complete with a play area with a seesaw, slide and sandpit. The pool area includes a refreshing swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen and a bar.

The beautiful town of Orange, which is bursting with history, is roughly 9km away; here you can discover the town's impressive Roman Theatre and Arc de Triomphe.

Please note, a military base is situated 7km away, with occasional flight trainings taking place close to the home.
