Welcome to this beautiful complex of two stone farmhouses near Gubbio (6 km).

The houses are renovated and divided into five very nice apartments (IUP164, IUP165, IUP166 and IUP168). The apartments are furnished in authentic Italian style and with great attention to detail, so you will quickly feel at home and settle in quickly. From the buildings you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view and admire the beautiful surroundings. Each apartment has its own outdoor area where you can enjoy delicious local specialties on balmy summer evenings. The communal garden with garden furniture and swimming pool invites the whole family to relax and swim.

The apartment is perfectly located if you want to visit the most beautiful cities of Umbria such as Gubbio, Orvieto, Spoleto, Città di Castello, Spello, Todi and Perugia.
