The holiday apartment is located in a detached house, built in 2000, renovated in 2014 and is functional furnished. The property is located in a residential area, in a holiday home area, in the center. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, terrace and garden furniture.

Chipiona, 3 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 100 sqm, closed plot with flowers, limited by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted, length 2 m). Parking lot (for 1 car) in the garage, the carport and on the property and the street in front of the house.
