The flat is on the upper level. With a wonderful view of the Mar Menor.

The communal pool and garden as well as the Mar Menor beach are located on the lower level overlooking the Mar Menor and can be reached via a short walk within the urbanisation.

The flat has a spacious terrace from which you can enjoy the spectacular views of the Mar Menor. The flat is fully furnished and can accommodate up to six people.

Inside, you will find a cosy living room with sofas, a dining table and a flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils to prepare your meals.

The bedrooms are spacious and offer a comfortable double bed. There are two bathrooms with a bathtub.

During your stay in the flat you can use the communal pool and garden, which are located on the lower level of the urbanisation.

The Mar Menor beach is also just a short walk away, with private access within the urbanisation. There you can swim in the clear and calm waters or try out various water sports such as windsurfing and kayaking.
