Just 10 minutes from Santa Cruz you find this beautiful House of 70 m 2 located on a beautiful hillside. Due to its protected location and its microclimate you can enjoy a great climate throughout the whole year round. Perfect for those who seek exclusivity and to be away from the mass tourism. Due to its excellent location, it is a perfect starting point to discover the island. Your House is located directly overlooking the sea, almost touching it with your fingers.

Your House has High-Speed Internet by fiberoptic, (all payment channels) satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen, microwave, coffee machine etc.
It is distributed in 2 floors and has a small patio at the entrance. Once inside you find a bathroom to your left hand containing a sink, build in shower and a toilet. On the other side of the bathroom you find the stairs to go up to the first floor. As a decoration detail you can still see a vulcanical rock that teaches us about the mountain on which the House is built. Below the staircase you find the lobby. Following you find a room with a three beds bunkbed in loft-style. This space is also covers a large wardrobe of 2 meters wide, 2.40 meters high and 90 cm deep. This is also the washing machine cabinet. Sliding doors separate this area from the main bedroom. In the master bedroom you find a 160 cm by 200cm bed. Also there are two bedside tables and lights to read. The special appeal of this bedroom are its large windows that lead onto a private balcony and giving a panoramic view to the Atlantic Ocean. You can sit on the balcony watching the dawn from comfortable chairs on the terrace. Rising to the first floor there is a well equipped kitchen dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, refrigerator and freezer, induction cooker, sink and a microwave with oven function. In the kitchen you will find pots, pans, and everything you need for cooking. You have at your disposal a wide table with 4 chairs and a sofa bed. The living room also features a Smart TV with international satellite TV. From the lounge you can open huge windows to access the more than 15 m2 big terrace. The glass balustrade of the terrace create an aspect of infinity that will give you the feeling that you are in the sea. The terrace has a dining area with a table and 4 chairs and a chill-out area to relax and enjoy the Sun and the views. The House is easy to keep clean and recently refurbished using materials of high quality such as a high end porcelain stoneware floor. Also worth mentioning is that the House has a connection to the internet with a download speed of 300 Mb using a network cable. The WiFi router is placed in the Centre of the room giving coverage to the entire space. The total area of the House is more than 70m 2

Just 10 minutes from Santa Cruz the charming fishing village of Boca Cangrejo can be found located on a beautiful hillside. Due to its protected location and its micro-climate you can enjoy a great climate throughout the whole year. Designed for those who seek exclusive tourism and being far from mass tourism. It is an ideal place for walking, diving or canoeing. Furthermore due to its excellent location, it is a perfect starting point to discover the island of Tenerife. Worth to mention is that Boca Cangrejo is a very good destination for lovers of scuba diving with several diving schools at only 10 minutes and a whole a paradise to discover bellow the sea. Occasionally you can see dolphins and whales swimming in the sea.

Because to get to the house, you have to go down some stairs the house is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties. If you come with more than one couple you can choose to turn the sofa into a bed instead creating more privacy.

    “Front door needs attention - house manual required - cooking facilities in-adequate- stairs are dangerous and guests should be warned before booking. Greeting very ready to please but doesn’t listen ! Ideal for young active guests but dangerous for families with very young children or persons requiring assistance ( reference to the stairs) however apartment was clean and we enjoyed the view and the bed was the best !”

    “Très très bien aménagé, comme neuf, tout y est, et en parfait état (c'est rare dans les locations), propriétaires très très sympathiques (j'ai reçu un petit gâteau à l'occasion de mon anniversaire !). Note globale : 11/10. Remarque : peut-être un peu petit pour 4 personnes.”
