Pretty villa situated in the south of Gran Canaria, with wonderful views to the golf course, where an absolute peace and quiet reigns. The villa counts with 2 floors and private swimming pool with deckchairs to relax in the sun. There are 2 bedrooms, one on the ground floor, with direct access to the garden and the other one is a double bedroom in the upper floor and it has access to the terrace. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. It has a modern decoration but also functional. It would be perfect to have lunch in the dining room at the open air after having a dip in the pool.
Just a few kilometers away from the house is the seafront of Meloneras, the lighthouse and the beach of Maspalomas, a wonderful place to take a walk in the afternoons, which is always full of activity, shops of all types, variety of restaurants and ice cream parlors…
The villa has the best situation, near the highest level tourist zone of the island and at the same time, in a peaceful place without disturbing noises.

The villa consists of 2 floors and a private pool with sun loungers to relax in the sun. It has 2 double rooms, one on the ground floor with direct access to the garden and air conditioning and another on the top floor with access to a terrace, also with air conditioning. Its decoration is modern and cheerful, as well as functional. Its outdoor dining area is ideal for eating after a dip in the pool. Just a few kilometers away is the Meloneras promenade, El Faro and the Maspalomas beach, a perfect place to take a walk in the afternoon due to its great entertainment, its shops of all kinds and a wide variety of restaurants and ice cream parlors. A good location as it is close to the highest level tourist area of the island and at the same time in a quiet area without noise.
