This ancient farmhouse transformed into a comfortable holiday home with a large garden and fenced-in pool for the exclusive use of guests, is located in the heart of the lush Bandella Nature Reserve, on the border with Chianti, and consists of a main body and an annex. The house is surrounded by 5000 square meters of fenced land, within which is the large swimming pool (depth 1.40-2.40 m) and is an ideal environment for families with children but, at the same time, the ideal setting for a romantic and charming vacation. Here your children can play undisturbed and you relax in the sun or in the shade and totally forget the fatigue of everyday life! Inside the property there are some rather comfortable furnished spaces, such as the area around the pool, the yard set up as an outdoor lounge and a patio, with a large table and chairs, which can be accessed from the living room of the villa, which it is the ideal place for alfresco dining. The Nature Reserve will delight nature lovers and walkers as there are many well-signposted picturesque trails but even sportsmen or kayakers will be able to test their skills on the Arno River. Being in the heart of Tuscany, you will also have the opportunity to visit most of its beautiful and ancient cities of art, such as Arezzo (ca. 40 km), Florence (ca.50 km), Siena (approx. 50 km), ideal for a day trip. Some other useful distances: Levane 4 km (all kinds of shops) and Montevarchi 9 km (shops of all kinds and services) The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, present throughout the house except for the two bedrooms ground floor.
