Modern apartment on two floors with an open living room and wood-burning stove

The new apartment with modern furnishing is on the ground floor and basement and provides around 150m² of living space. The ground floor comprises a large and open living and dining room with a fully-equipped kitchen, a fireplace in the lounge area with a heated bench and suite, as well as a large dining space. This floor also has two bathrooms and a double bedroom. The basement has a double bedroom with access to the terrace, as well as a three-bed room and a twin room. All the rooms are equipped with satellite TV.

There is a ski cellar with a ski boot dryer in the garage. The garden provides a cosy sitting lounge, with a grill (charcoal or gas on request) and a small playground with a trampoline (from March, depending on the weather). There are parking spaces right by the house.

In summer from June to October, the card is included in the rental price, offering you many benefits in the Ötztal: free use of all open cable cars, public transport, entry to swimming pools and bathing lakes, entry to museums, the Ötztal bird of prey park etc. You can further information about the card on our homepage.

Near our house there is the Stuibenfall, Tyrol’s largest waterfall, as well as the Ötzi village, the bird of prey park and the Umhausen swimming lake. In the village about 500 metres away you can find restaurants and shops. It is about 15km to a golf course and a swimming pool, as well as about 7km to a downhill skiing piste and 12km to a cable car.

    “Rund um zufrieden, was will man mehr. Positiv: Das Haus ist sehr sauber, räumlich hervorragend aufgeteilt und sehr Familienfreundlich. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist top, Der Spielraum und die Außenanlage ein Traum für jedes Kind. Die Vermieter sind in direkter Nachbarschaft, immer ansprechbar wenn’s notwendig ist.
