New holiday apartment for four people near Vienna

This apartment is in St. Andrä – Wördern, about 20km from Vienna and is therefore suitable for visitors to the city and business travelers.

The apartment was completely newly renovated and furnished to a high standard in 2017. The lower floor comprises a spacious entrance area, as well as a bathroom with a shower and WC. Wooden stairs lead to the upper floor with a fully-equipped kitchen (electric stove with ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, crockery, cutlery). The kitchen is rounded off by a cosy dining corner with a window overlooking the garden. There is also a second bathroom on this floor with a shower and WC. Both bathrooms have a hairdryer. The kitchen provides access to a 16m² living room with a flatscreen TV with a satellite receiver with countless channels. A 17m² bedroom adjoins it, furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm), a large wardrobe, a table with a chair, a luggage rack and a modern sofa that can be converted into a supplementary bed for a child. The living room opens onto a balcony with a table and chairs, which provides access to the second 16m² bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200cm), a large cupboard and luggage racks, as well as a flatscreen satellite TV and a PC with Internet access. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment free of charge. Towels, bed linen and tea towels are provided.

You can make use of a section of garden with a sitting area and garden furniture. A car parking space is available. Please note that the apartment is non-smoking and that pets are not allowed.

The minimum rental period is five nights.

St. Andrä – Wördern is about 20km from Vienna. It takes about 35 minutes with the Franz-Josefs-Bahn (S-Bahn) to get to Wien Heiligenstadt, where there are good connections (U-Bahn, bus, tram) to all districts of Vienna. The train station is about 1.7km away, so also within walking distance. There is a public bus stop nearby. A butcher that offers daily menus is about 70 metres away. It is about 150 metres to a supermarket with everyday groceries. There are also some restaurants nearby. Many trip destinations nearby and further afield invite you to pay a visit, such as the Hagenbachklamm, Stift Klosterneuburg etc.

    “Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet,es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Gastgeber wären jederzeit erreichbar gewesen falls etwas gewesen wäre. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber sie gaben Tips von Geschäften in der Nähe und von Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Zimmer waren groß und Kinder haben Platz zum Spielen.Der kleine Balkon lud am Abend zum gemütlichen Tagesabschluss ein. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und konnten unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen.Wir würdendie Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.”
