Apartment in Mützenich with Private Parking and Wonderful View

The charmingly furnished four-star holiday apartment near Monschau enjoys a wonderful view. The listed former farm is in a central, but quiet location in Mützenich. The Hohe Venn, Eifelsteig and the Vennbahn cycle path are nearby. Monschau and the Eifel National Park are just a short drive away.
Rustic, cosy, exceptional! Welcome to a comfortable holiday apartment in a quiet and central location in a listed farmhouse.

The apartment on two floors provides around 90m² of living space for 2-4 people. It has a cosy living room and a generously equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, microwave etc. There are also three bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and WC and a large hallway on the upper floor. The fireplace stove provides additional warmth and cosiness on cooler days.

There is a terrace with garden furniture, a parasol and a grill. A private parking space is available by the house. The site is detached. There is space to keep bicycles or motorbikes.

The former farmhouse from the 18th century has some low ceiling heights. The house is surrounded by pastures and an old hedge over 100 years old. Note that the house is not suitable for the disabled and wheelchair users. A travel bed for small children is available.

Mützenich is an ideal starting point for walks or cycle tours. You can explore the extensive forests in the Eifel National Park, the Eifelsteig and the highest moor in Europe, the Hohe Venn. Or you can go on a leisurely cycle ride along the RAVeL cycle path (former Venn railtrack) opened in 2012. Discover Monschau, the “gem of the Eifel”. Enjoy the timber-framed idyll or local, culinary delights.
