Holiday House in Estreito Da Calheta with Private Parking

This exclusive holiday villa with modern decor is located in the enchanting parish of Estreito da Calheta, on the southwest coast of the sunny Portuguese island of Madeira. It stands out for its minimalist style, relaxing environment and green spaces, where silence and rest predominate.

The villa boasts a large outdoor space, guaranteed to envelop you with its relaxing, peaceful, quiet and romantic atmosphere. There is a private infinity pool where you can dive, take in the panoramic sea views and soak up the wonderful sun of the island. And at night the pool can be illuminated.

At the back of the villa, there is also an agricultural area, with small fruit trees and aromatic herbs, which
includes olive trees and typical Madeira banana trees.

The two-storey villa has two bedrooms and can accommodate four persons. The ground floor is about 70 m² in size and comprises of the following rooms: A living room with a black leather sofa, large flatscreen TV and a dining area. Next to it there is a bedroom with two 90 x 200 cm single beds that you can push together to make a double bed. Plus there is a trendy, fully-equipped red Hi Gloss kitchen complete with Ceran cooktop and stainless steel extractor hood, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and coffee machine. There also is an adjoining bathroom with a walk in rain shower, wash basin and toilet.

As the ceilings are very high, an additional floor with a second bedroom (with a 180 x 200 cm double bed) was created, which was complemented by a guest toilet.

A baby cot and high chair are available, bed linen and towels are included in the rent and the villa provides internet access via cable.

The beach is about 700 metres away. The town centre of Calheta is about 700 metres away and here you can find supermakets, cafes and restaurants.

The villa is located on a relatively high mountain (which is normal for Madeira). Thus, a car is highly recommended in any case.

    “Das Haus entsprach voll und ganz den Bildern im Angebot. Es war super sauber und gut ausgestattet.
    Es ist reichlich Platz vorhanden. Die örtlichen Anbieter waren sehr um uns bemüht und haben uns mehrere Ausflugstipps unterbreitet.

    Das Objekt befindet sich am Ende einer ruhigen Sackgasse. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und ein kleines Lokal mit warmen Speisen. Ein etwas größeres und gutes Restaurant ist in ca. 2 Kilometern fußläufig gut zu erreichen.

    Der größere Supermarkt liegt am Beginn der Sackgasse in ca. 700 Metern Entfernung. Die Straße ist jedoch sehr steil, so dass sich auf jeden Fall ein Mietwagen empfiehlt.”
