Mallorquin villa with covered patio and garden

This renovated, detached country home is in a remote location in between Sa Pablo and Muro in northeastern Mallorca. Enjoy peace and quiet here.

The stunning villa accommodates up to eight people on two floors. On the ground floor are the living/dining room with a fireplace, several sofasm a television and a dining table with chairs. The separate kitchen has retained its antique character and boasts the oroginal fireplace, yet has also been equipped with modern appliances. There is also an additional dining table available here. There are also a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom on this floor. The other three bedrooms have been furnished with a double or two single beds each and are located on the top floor. The two en suite bathrooms are furnished with a shower or a bathtub. Even air conditioning (heating/cooling), Wi-Fi and electricity are included in the rental price.

The 18,000 m2 property is home to a fenced in garden with a lawn and flowers. 134Enjoy the 8x4 meter pool with a depth of 0.8-1.8 meters and roman steps. Next to the pool are sun loungers and a table and chairs. The covered patio with wooden beams houses a large teak dining table and chairs, as well as comy sofas and armchairs.

The typical Mallorquin villa has stone walls and wooden roof beams from 1850, which have been restored and offers all necessary modern amenities. It is a former farm, where vegetables and potatoes were cultivated.
