Located in the 20th district (Brigittenau) on a quiet street right at the Augarten, the oldest and perhaps most beautiful baroque park in Vienna. Everything you need (public transport, supermarkets, restaurants, bakery, pharmacie... can be reached within a maximum of five wlking minutes.
