This modern holiday home is the first object in Ferienhauspark Wolf Canyon near Prüm.

Located in the district Walch Erath, the house offers enough space for up to 5 people. Enjoy the beautiful view through the floor to ceiling picture windows of the surrounding area.

The energy-optimized House of modern design has a high-quality equipment. The heating of the entire house is comfortably guaranteed by Wärmpumpentechnik in conjunction with underfloor heating in some rooms.

In the cold season they enjoy the evenings in the living room by the fireplace with your family, with friends, or relax in your private sauna after an eventful day. On sunny days, the covered terrace to invites you to relax in nature and take meals together. Enjoy the rest of the recreation area Wolfsschlucht.

The recreation area Wolfsschlucht belongs to the municipality Prüm. As a recognized health resort in the German-Belgian Nature Park Prüm has a forest pool, leisure pool with sauna, solarium with medical bath department, spa, tennis court and riding school. The Prüm city center is easily reached on foot from your accommodation by car in about 4 km and a well-maintained hiking trail in about 3 km.

Of their holiday in they can start their outdoor activities directly. Well-maintained hiking and biking trails, attractions and nature waiting to be explored by them. Marked trails open up the landscape and offer beautiful views and rest stops. This applies equally to the excursion areas "Wolf Canyon", "Black Man," "Prüm Kalkmulde" as well as the valley of the "Schönecker Switzerland" with its bizarre rock formations.

For a carefree cycling fun in the border triangle Germany-Luxembourg-Belgium rail line paths "Prümtal bike path" and "Eifel-Ardennes bike path" provide ideal conditions for families and seniors. The premium bike paths are signposted throughout.
Culinary offers the Eifel region, regional specialties, international delicacies on the particular individual taste.

During the winter months you can go into a groomed trail or Wolf Gorge ski area is only 250 meters (570 feet above sea level) with drag lift and the year-round operated by the ski club Prüm ski chalet in good snow conditions in just about 50 meters away. Floodlit driving and apres-ski are available on the weekends. In about 14 km away is the slightly larger ski and recreation area "Black Man" (697 m above sea level) to reach.

The region and the cottage offer all year round ideal conditions for relaxing holidays as they see fit.

    “Das Haus befindet sich ca. 5 km ( durch den Wald auch fußläufig ) außerhalb von Prüm in einem neu entstehenden Ferienpark. Das Musterhaus liegt einsam in der Baustelle. Das Haus hat eine gut ausgestattete Küche, zwei schöne Schlafzimmer und einen Wohnraum mit Kamin. Das Badezimmer ist klein, dafür aber mit einer Sauna ausgestattet.

    Die Kinder vermissten am ehesten WLAN. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist sehr gut und es würde sich gut um uns gekümmert. In Zukunft ist mit Bautätigkeit zu rechnen.

    In der Eifel gab es neben Wanderungen viel zu erleben. Durch die Lage des Hauses ist man immer auf ein Auto angewiesen.

    In Prüm gibt es sehr gute Gastronomie, ein kleines, aber sehr schönes Kino und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Mit dem Auto ist Prüm in 10 min. erreichbar.

    Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Durch die zu erwartenden Bautätigkeiten kommen wir aber wohl vorerst nicht wieder.”
