Villa with an annex, surrounded by a garden with a pool
The holiday villa is located in Porto Rotondo, in the Rudalza district, in a quiet residential area, sheltered from indiscreet views in. It is surrounded by nature, away from Golfo di Cugnana.
The villa consists of a main building and an annex. The main building has a living room and a kitchen, with a fridge and an electric oven. There are also two bedrooms, each with a double bed (160 x 190cm), and a bathroom with a shower. The independent annex has a living room with a sofa bed for two people, an open kitchen corner with a small oven and a fridge, and a bedroom with a double bed (the sofa bed and the bed measure 160 x 190cm). There is also a bathroom with a shower. The main building, as well as the annex, are fitted with air conditioning (warm and cool air) and satellite TV. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine, WC and outdoor shower.
In front of the main building there is a large, furnished terrace of around 50m² with stone flooring. The villa is surrounded by a garden of around 1 hectare, with its own pool with massage jets and a granite stone edging. There are parking spaces on site.
The villa is about 3km from Porto Rotondo, where there are the famous beaches Ira and Punta Volpe, as well as the tourist harbour, supermarkets, restaurants, discos and other services, such as medical services, a post office and an ATM. The famous Marinella beach is 3km away. The town of Olbia with a ferry harbour, airport and nearest hospital is about 10 minutes away by car. The luxurious locality of Porto Cervo is a 20-minute drive away.
