Holiday house for up to 7 persons

Boiensdorf is situated between the Baltic Sea town Rerik (about 13km away) and the world-heritage Hanseatic town Wismar (about 15km). It is around 8km to the island Poel. There are convenient transport connections to the regional capital Schwerin, the Hanseatic town Rostock, Bad Doberan and Kühlungsborn. Our charming and exclusively furnished and equipped holiday house invites you to the Baltic Sea. Decelerate on your holiday and escape from everyday life, finding and enjoying the peace and quiet and sense of space in our beautiful and unique coastal landscape.

Our newly built holiday house stands on a 350m² site on a holiday house estate. We offer around 100m² of living space, comprising a generous living and dining room, three bedrooms and a bathroom. The bathroom has two washbasins and underfloor heating. The other rooms have modern electric radiators. All the bedrooms are on the upper floor, providing a double bed (200 x 200cm) and five single beds, and in addition the sofa in the living room can be used as a supplementary bed for two further guests.

The house features a generous terrace (5 x 5m) for leisurely breakfasts and grilling in the evening. The outside area is currently not fenced in.

The Baltic Sea coastal cycling and walking path from Lübeck to Usedom runs through Boiensdorf, so you can cycle to Timmendorfer Strand on the island Poel or to Rerik. It is possible to rent a bicycle in all the holiday localities to go on a day trip, taking a break at a beach or a café. Boiensdorf itself has a beautiful and natural beach, inviting you to go on leisurely strolls, as well as a great snack bar with all kinds of delicacies. Boiensdorf and the neighbouring village Pepelow lie in an excellent kite surfing and surfing area, with surf and kite schools in both localities for those who would like to learn these fascinating sports.

    “Das Haus ist komplett eingezäunt, weshalb der Aufenthalt mit Kindern stressfrei ist. Der Blick aufs Meer aus dem Dachfenster ist ebenso sehr schön.
    Die Ausstattung in der Küche könnte etwas besser sein. Eine anständige Schere fehlte leider, die vorhandene war leider nicht gut nutzbar.
    Angegeben war ein Trockner, leider war damit ein Wäscheständer gemeint, was erst vor Ort klar wurde. Da die Nachbarhäuser sehr nah am Grundstück stehen, ist ein gemütliches Sitzen auf der Terrasse leider nicht ohne Zuschauer möglich. Ein weiterer Sichtschutz wäre sehr schön gewesen.
    Genügend Stühle und zwei Sonnenschirme ermöglichten ein schattenreiches Sitzen.
    Bei Problemen konnte man sich sofort an die Kontaktperson wenden, welche zügig gehandelt haben und sehr freundlich waren.”

    “Es war ein sehr schöner, entspannter Urlaub. Das Dorf ist zwar etwas abgelegen, fernab vom „Ferientrubel“, aber alle Ziele (Wismar, Insel Poel, Rerik, Kühlungsborn) sind über fantastische Radwege problemlos mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar.
    Für uns war es der perfekte Urlaub an der Ostsee, einschließlich der netten Vermieter. Positiv: Das Ferienhaus lässt keine Wünsche offen.”
