The apartment is located in the seaside facing side of the mountain municipality of Mas Tomasi, offering gorgeous views overlooking the water, reaching the Pyrenees on clear days.

The apartment is located on the lower level of a beautiful and well maintained detached holiday home. It offers sleeping accommodation for up to four people in two bedrooms.

The property has a garden, a patio and another covered patio at the entrance. From the patio you can enjoy views over the bay of Estartit, the natural reserve of the Medes Islands and the Montri mountains, as well as all the way to the Pyrenees on clear days. Lean back and enjoy the sunset. Pets are permitted, but please consult with us first.

Pal's gorgeous sandy beaches can be reached after three kilometres. Shopping facilities are located one kilometre from the apartment.

    “It was unusual not to have bedline and towels provided and to be asked for a €200 deposit as insurance. The agents in Pals were insisting on cash and were not available for clients arriving outside of office hours. Duvet and pillows terrrible marked/stained and I suggest not fit for rental purpose. Faciliteies i.e.barbecue,
    looked as though they hadn't been used for some time and in poor condition; the TV had no instructions for English clients. Positiv: The view was superb”

    “"outside of office hours" is putting it very nicely. Your arrival was at MIDNIGHT! And it took me and our agent a lot of effort to ensure you a good and safe arrival.
    Also reading the information provided before on the website, in your booking information and in my e-mail to you prior to your stay: There it is stated clearly that you have to bring your bed linen and towel and that a deposit is charged. Bed linen can be booked separate in advance. Deposit is common practise in house rental.
    The pillows have been exchanged.”

    “In diesem Zustand nicht zu empfehlen. Dringend Renovierung, Modernisierung notwendig. Positiv: Große Terasse mit Meerblick Negativ: Keine Möglichkeit Fenster zu verdunkeln selbst im Schlafzimmer, dadurch sehr heiß in der Wohnung

    “Een prima appartement gelegen op een helling met magnifiek uitzicht op zee in de verte en prachtig glooiend landschap in de omgeving.
    De tuin rondom het appartement is mooi aangelegd en het appartement heeft een royaal balkon vanaf waar je mooi kunt genieten van het uitzicht.
    Het prijsniveau is passend bij het appartement.
    Het appartement was schoon opgeleverd.”

    “Positiv: Sehr schöne Wohnung, alles da was man braucht .
    Tolle Aussicht von der Terasse aus...
    Sehr ruhig gelegen ,mag wahrscheinlich sein ,da wir ausserhalb der Saison da waren .
    Falls wir Probleme oder fragen hatten stand Frau Ullrich uns zur Seite. Was wir sehr sehr nett fanden . Negativ: Einziges Manko, dass die Terassetür von der Küche aus defekt war ....”

    “Die Ferienwohnung ist super, für vier Personen ist der Platz mehr als genug.
    Die Wohnung lohnt es sich alleine schon wegen der Aussicht zu buchen.
    Es ist alles da was man als Familie gebrauchen kann.
    Die Familie Ullrich ist sehr freundlich .
    Also alles SUPER!”
