This beautiful and completely renovated, old stone house is located in the municipality Ražanac,a small place Jovici, which has many beaches and hidden coves. The next bathing is a rocky beach, where you can enjoy the idyllic landscape and pleasant surroundings. Hikers and cyclists who want to experience more than water and sun during their holiday can get to know the surroundings on the cycle paths. Recommended is a visit to the cities Zadra and Nin, the island of Pag and excursions to the nearby national parks. The parking lot is located in front of the main entrance to the yard, on the property of the owner.

    “Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und familär eingerichtet. Für uns als Familie mit zwei Kids im Alter von 15 Jahren sehr geeignet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Besonders genossen haben wir die schattige Terasse. Das Haus liegt zwar in der Nåhe einer Hauptstrasse, jedoch ist davon nichts zu hören. Das Haus liegt sehr geschūtzt.
    Die Eigentümer haben sehr viel Mühe, Zeit und vor allem Liebe fürs Detail, beim restaurierenen des Hauses investiert.
    Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft mit sehr gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
    Die Eigentümer haben uns sehr herzlivh zur Schlüsselübergabe empfangen. Sie hielten einen kleinen Snack und Getränke für uns bereit.
    Selbst an den Geburtstag unserer Kids haben sie gedacht . Es gab einen selbstgebackenen Geburtstagskuchen.
    Der Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus wird uns in sehr positiver Erinnerung bleiben.”
