This spacious duplex holiday apartment with fantastic sea and mountain views is located in a quiet street in El Alamillo, a suburb of Puerto de Mazarrón. The accommodation comprises a spacious living room with a terrace from which you can enjoy fantastic views of the nearby beach. On the ground floor there is also a dining area, a small kitchen, a bathroom and another terrace behind the house with excellent views of the mountains and the sea. From the living area, a staircase leads to the first floor and the two spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a terrace from which you can also see the sea and an en-suite shower room. There is also a WC on the first floor. Bars, restaurants and a popular beach with a beach bar and water sports in the summer months are just 2 minutes away. The Puerto de Mazarrón can be reached by car in 5 minutes or on foot in around 20 minutes on a leisurely stroll along the beach promenade, where you can stop off at numerous restaurants.
