Spacious holiday house close to the sea, with two separate apartments, ideal for a family vacation The house is situated in a very peaceful area in the middle of the peninsula, in the small village of Bibinje. It is only 20 m far away from the sea, so you can enjoy your morning swim. Anything else you need is within walking distance so you do not need to use your car, to go shopping or to go and have a nice romantic dinner at some beautiful restaurants with the great sea views.

The house has 2 separate apartments which is perfect for a family vacation, couples or for the group of friends.It is very safe for small children because there is no traffic in our street. Each apartment has a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and a bedroom ( around 45m2). The apartment on the first floor has 2 double bedrooms, the apartment on the ground floor has 1double bedroom but also a sofa bed in a living room ( suitable for 2 people). Altogether 3 bedrooms - sleeps 8. There is also a small gallery under the roof with a sofa bed for 1 person. Plus there are 2 fully-equipped kitchens with an oven, microwave, coffee machine and a dining area, as well as an adjoining bathroom with a shower.

Terrace on the ground floor has an outside grill. The apartment on the first floor has a nice balcony and also a dining area. There is a parking place close to the house and it is free.

There is free internet in the whole house and also a possibility to rent a place for your boat in the harbour not far away from the house, by the best price.

There are restaurants, open and close markets 200-500 m far from the house. There are several beaches 100-200 m far away, but you can easily access the sea just 20 m far from the house, because the house is in the old center, in the middle of a penninsula, so you are practically sorrounded with the sea, and there is first suitable entrance just around the corner. Zadar Old Town is only 6km away.

    “Top Lage. In der Unterkunft ist alles was man wirklich braucht (inkl. Klimaanlage). Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmte auf jeden Fall. Wir würden wiederkommen.”

    “Schönes ruhiges Haus optimal für 4 Personen Positiv: Zentrale ruhige Lage, nur 50m vom Meer. Kein Lärm Negativ: Treppe zwischen beiden Etagen war nicht überdacht, das war bei Regen schlecht, da man immer über die nasse Treppe läuft und das Wasser in die Wohnung trägt. Bettenbreite 1.40m optimal für eine Person. Bei zwei Personen Bett zu schmal. Keine Spülmaschine und nur 2 Plattenherd.”

    “Wir waren im Juli/August 2020 in diesem Ferienhaus. Bibinje ist ein kleiner Ort der für den täglichen Bedarf alles zu bieten hat (Supermarkt, Drogerie, Bäcker, Restaurants, etc.). Wir waren mit unseren Kindern/Enkelkind und Hund in diesem Haus. Es ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet, alles sauber und die Eigentümer waren sehr freundlich und bemüht uns einen schönen Aufenthalt zu bescheren. Bei einem Urlaub mit Hund ist zu beachten, dass an den nahegelegenen Strände keine Hinde erlaubt sind. Für kleine Kinder sind die Strände jedoch optimal angelegt.”
