Beautiful vacation home with pool and private garden, located at the beginning of the village of Nocchi and only 3 km from Camaiore. Thanks to its position it offers a splendid view of the countryside. The house is surrounded by a large garden with pool, well kept and equipped for outdoor dining. Parking on the property with automatic gate. The accommodation is distributed over three floors. The first floor is not internally connected to the other levels. On the first floor there is a large kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the second floor there is a large kitchen and living room with satellite TV. Three steps lead to the sleeping area with spacious and neat rooms. A few steps lead to a double bedroom with access to a terrace with sitting area, ideal for relaxing while reading a book or just admiring the view. In the basement of the house lives the janitor, who is responsible for maintenance and gardening and is happy to answer any questions. All the facilities of the house are at the exclusive disposal of the guests. The location allows walkers to enjoy many trails in the countryside, including the famous Via Francigena. At a distance of 25 km is the city of Lucca, famous for its historical monuments and ancient city walls dating back to the 16th century. Viareggio - the heart of Versilia - with its promenade of restaurants and designer boutiques is 15 km away. Wonderful Florence is 110 km away and worth a visit to admire Santa Croce, the Uffizi Gallery, Ponte Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria, Palazzo Pitti and much more.

    “Sehr schönes und großzügiges Ferienhaus mit großem Anwesen. Das unterste Stockwerk ist schon etwas älter, aber dennoch gut in Schuss, die oberen beiden Stockwerke sind neuer und sehr ansprechend. Man hält sich sehr gerne dort auf. Die meisten Schlafzimmer haben Klimaanlagen, es sind ausreichend Bäder vorhanden. Der Pool, die Balkone und auch die Pergola außen sind sehr schön. Der Hausmeisterservice funktioniert sehr gut, wenn auch die Kommunikation nur auf italienisch möglich ist. Durch den WhatsApp Ansprechpartner, der sich aber am Tag der Ankunft meldet und englischsprachig ist, ist das kein Problem. Sehr wichtig ist die Mitnahme von Stechmücken-Spray, da durch die Nähe eines Baches sehr viele davon vorhanden sind. Leider fehlen Fliegengitter. Der Straßenverkehr ist nicht stark, da das Haus in einer Seitenstraße liegt.”
