This treasure lives up to its name: A holiday home like a private bay, located on the terrace-like plateau with a gorgeous ocean view. The proud saltwater pool with varying depth with a subtle Greek staircase is not the only blue detail that shines here! Because here, attention was paid to every detail, even the facade, which captivates with its panorama windows that reach up to the flat roof, has a blue frame, whereby it perfectly matches the picture of this summer villa. The terrace's partial roofing with a practical sun sail and a sunshade make sure that your skin will get short breaks from the sun before you pull your lounger back on the green grass or take a seat on the wooden terrace by the pool to read your favourite novel and listen to the soft waves. Or you take up position by the railing and enjoy the outlook into the distance. As soon as you get hungry, the mobile charcoal BBQ is at your disposal to conjure up this or that delicacy. The fine outdoor dining table right on the terrace is an especially suitable location to eat!

You will surely like this modern villa's spaciously and casually designed interior just as much! It awaits with many stylish design subtleties. From the living area, which invites you to relax and chill (with a flat screen TV, highly modern fireplace, and two noble sofas), you will reach the connected dining area which merges into the open kitchen. The colours vary here, but they still provide a perfect harmony. The large working spaces in the kitchen provide enough space to try some more daring recipes. There is a nice, small glass table with four leather chairs for a quick morning coffee. In addition to the guest toilet, one of the bedrooms with en-suite bathroom is also located on the ground floor. By the way, the architects have also let generosity prevail in all of the bathrooms, also in the use of materials. Glass and marble elements appealingly join together and do not let any doubt arise that you chose a high-class residence here. From the light-flooded foyer, you can climb a staircase to the upper floor. Here, you will see a second high-quality living room that directly connects to the three bedroom and bathroom areas. The panorama terrace is nearly screaming for you to go outside and marvel at the view.

And as though "Bay Blue" did not have a lot to offer already, it is also worth exploring the area on your own. For example, a walk through the typically Mediterranean alleyways of the small town of Badia Blava, which you can reach by foot in just a few minutes, will surely lead you to forget all about your everyday worries. Also you can reach the seaside in 5 minutes by walk from the house. Even though the villa is in a residential area and close to the Ma-6014, it is wonderfully quiet. The bay of Bahia Azul (part of Badia Blava), which means "the blue bay", is a guarantee for relaxation and provides a dreamlike view of the capital's promenade and the open sea. The water is usually beautifully clear and is perfectly suited for all kinds of water sports, including snorkelling and diving. And there are plenty of other beaches in the area, the beautiful beach Es Trenc and the beach of Sa Rapita are located within about 10-15 minutes' driving distance. The tranquil bay of Cala Pi is about 15 km away. Those who prefer it to be more lively can drive for about 10 minutes to get to Playa de Palma in Arenal or Can Pastilla. And for all of whose who do not love the water, the nearby towns provide enough opportunities to shop, gorge, and do sports.

The beach of Badia Blava is only about a 10 min walk away. By the way, that is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, with opportunities to dive and snorkel. It only takes about 25 minutes by car to get to Llucjamor for an extensive shopping experience, a visit to the weekly market, or trip to a fancy restaurant. The golf course Maioris or Palma's aquarium are also close. That is the diverse holiday experience you can have while living in the villa "Bay Blue"!

-Please keep the order and cleanliness inside the villa.

-You must make responsible use of air conditioning and heating, turning them off when they are not inside the villa

-The guests will be obliged to take care of the garbage generated during their stay, deposit them in the containers or collection places established before the end of their stay.

-ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! In case of complaints from the neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by any people in your group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the apartment whether it is during the day or night, without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the booking and keeping the damage deposit.

Booking conditions:

-Visitors must pay an on-site deposit of 700 Euros (on cash), it will be refunded by check-out.

-In this villa, 2 Baby Set consisting of two baby cots and two high chairs are available on request.

-Electricity costs: Up to 250 kWh of electricity is included. After which it will be charged on-site in cash (€ 0.32/kWh).

"Covid-free": This accommodation follows all professional cleaning and prevention protocols to make your stay as comfortable and safe as possible; The entire establishment is private and you will not have direct contact with any person throughout your stay, since it does not have common areas.
