Ca Luigi
Ca Luigi is a typical stone country house, beautifully furnished in a country chic style, gently laid down on the Marche hinterland hills, with a stunning panoramic view of the Natural Park
Sasso Simone e Simoncello.
Surrounded by a wide and tidy garden, here you’ll find a beautiful pool with cascade and hydromassage.
The main part of the country house is accessed via the porch, set up to eat and relax outdoors.
Indoors, you will find the bright living room, the dining room, the spacious kitchen with island and a bathroom with shower.
Going upstairs, there are two double bedrooms and another bedroom with two single beds, and two bathrooms, both with showers.
A further wing of the villa develops beside the main part, a romantic and at the same time a functional solution being totally independent. Here we find the living room-kitchen with a double sofa bed and a bathroom with double shower. The double bedroom is accessed via four steps.
In the large garden, there is a relaxing pool with waterfall and whirlpool, both boasting panoramic views of the Sasso Simone and Simoncello Natural Park. Here for the benefit of the guests, there are also a masonry barbecue and a wood oven where you can prepare real Italian pizzas!
The village of Acqualagna is about a 10-minute drive away. Here you can taste local dishes based on truffle in the various and cosy restaurants and visit the beautiful Nature Reserve of Gola del Furlo.
About half an hour away there are the main coastal towns, such as Fano and Pesaro and the marvellous Renaissance art city of Urbino, declared a UNESCO Heritage site.
