House in Portbail with Barbecue, Terrace and Garden

This charming wood house awaits its guests in the typical little locality of Portbail-sur-mer with its harbour, shops and restaurants. It faces south-west and located in a quiet neighborhood despite the proximity of the town center. It has its own garden (near 300 m2) and share a big garden planted with fruits trees with a charming stone house (also rented during summer - see pictures - renting n°682964). Its location on the west coast of Cotentin makes it an ideal starting point to visit the region : Mont-Saint-Michel bay, Sainte-Mère-Église and Utah beach, Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue and the island of Tatihou, the "Cap de la Hague" and its breathtaking landscapes, the marshlands of the Cotentin and Bessin and many other treasures of the department.

The house was built in 2018 and provides 54m² spread over two floors. It can accommodate two people. It is ranked 3 stars in the classification of furnished tourism. The living room consists of a comfortable sitting corner with a TV and a fireplace oven, a dining space and an open kitchen, which is modern and fully-equipped. The spacious well exposed parents’ bedroom with a double bed is upstairs and also has its own bathroom with a shower and toilet.

In front of the house there is a sitting area with a table and chairs, where you can relax and enjoy the view of the garden with its fruit trees. A grill is available for use. Bicycles can be rented not far away from the house from a bike rental.

Wireless Internet access is available.

The town center of Portbail is near the house by foot (about 500 m) with all the essential shops. You can see the sea from the center of Portbail at high tide and the beach is only two kilometers away (a beautiful coastal path allows you to go there on foot or by bike). From the port of Carteret about 7 kilometers, ferries run in the summer to the islands of Guernsey and Jersey.
