This charming holiday cottage with thatched roof is located in scenic surroundings within walking distance to the Wadden Sea at Ballum. The house has a bedroom with double bed, bathroom and open-concept kitchen with dining area on ground floor. There is also a large living room with sofa bed, a heat pump and a wood-burning stove that can heat the entire ground floor. In the centre of the living room is a staircase leading to the mezzanine with an extra bed. 1st floor has 2 bedrooms with a bed each. A cosy house for guests who love nature, peace and quiet. No letting to youth groups.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

    “Om de sleutel van het huis te halen en terug te brengen moet je het eiland Romo op. Dit is 11 kilometer enkele reis.....Het zou prettig zijn al dit in de directe omgeving van het huis zou zijn of in ieder geval op de weg er naar toe.Huis was niet echt schoon. Bewerkelijk huis om zelf schoon te maken. Keukenspullen zijn zeer oud en niet al te schoon.
    Echter aan de buitenkant is het een super leuk huis om te zien.
