Holiday home in Castellammare di Stabia, situated on the beautiful promenade, with a breathtaking view of Mount Faito (1,120 metres above sea level, reachable by cable car in 12 minutes). In the foreground are Mount Vesuvius and the islands of Ischia and Capri. The house is located on the mezzanine floor in an independent building with an independent entrance, close to all services and typical shops that are always open due to the tourist vocation of the place. The house is simply but neatly furnished and offers five bedrooms (2 with sea views), a spacious kitchen with sea views, a living room. On the ground floor at the back there is an outdoor area equipped for al fresco dining. From here, a spiral staircase leads to a terrace with panoramic views of the coast of Castellammare di Stabia, where you will enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The central location is strategically favourable, from here you can reach the harbour just 400 m away with ferry connections to the island of Capri. Pompeii is 4 km away, Sorrento 12 km and Amalfi-Positano-Ravello 16 km. Additional services can be ordered on site (on request and against payment): typical lunches and dinners, special arrangements with organisations for sea-land excursions or for water sports. Possibility to hire bicycles, motorbikes, cars and boats. Nearby there are numerous supermarkets and shops, restaurants, characteristic pizzerias and places that serve typical confectionery and dairy products. A holiday in this house will introduce you to the true culture of the place. Parking in the garage or on the street only for a fee.
