Newly built (2017) holiday house - a brand new cosy home away from home, with a private sunny terrace

This beautiful small house wich was built with a lot of love and attention to detail is located in a residential part of Novi Vinodolski, surrounded by other family houses. It is just a few minutes walk from the beach and a couple of minutes away from the town centre.

The house is in the southeastern part of town, a perfect location for couples in search of a quiet hideaway, or families with kids to come and enjoy their summer vacation free from big town worries. A lot of sun, the most beautiful sea in the world and over 25 years in tourism guarantees an unforgetable holiday for you and the people that mean the most to you.

The living room oversees the island of Krk with a beautiful view.

The terrace has natural shade for the major part of the day as well as a garden lounge set; the yard is large so it is suitable for children and/or pets. The property has ample parking and the possibility of a garage for rent.

The house is next to an apartment building with holiday apartments (see object 982317).

It features a cathedral ceiling and has a living space of 32m². Composed of a living area with a double sofa bed with a flatscreen TV, air-conditioning and home made furniture that flows into the dining area with a beautiful sea view, goes onto a brand new kitchen with all the amenities anyone could wish for. There is a bathroom with toilet, shower and washing mashine and a bedroom with a queen size bed (140 x 200 cm) and an open concept closet.

Novi Vinodolski is a small town so everything is really close to the property. Grocery store, beach, town centre, playground and restaurants are all in a 500 meters radius.

The property is located on ground level so it is suitable for everyone, and the owner's family lives on the property so they are always here to help with useful tips on where to go out to eat or which places to visit.

    “Prijs kwaliteit verhouding uitermate goed.
    Was een schoon en modern huisje, voorzien van alle gemakken (vaatwasser , airco, rolluiken & wasmachine)

    Douche was prima en alles was keurig onderhouden.
    Auto kon netjes voor de deur.

    De eigenaren super behulpzaam en weten je veel informatie te geven over eten en uitstapjes.

    Heerlijk rustige omgeving, binnen 5-8 min lopen op het strand (terug naar huisje iets langer omdat het nogal stijl loopt). Mogelijkheid tot 2 terrassen waardoor je altijd kan kiezen tussen zon of schaduw.”

    “Das kleine Häuschen ist sehr empfehlenswert. Der Vermieter wohnt direkt nebenan und lässt keine Fragen unbeantwortet - allerdings auf englisch. Das Haus ist überdurchschnittlich modern eingerichtet und mit allem Notwendigem ausgestattet. Alle Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden. Das Haus ist sehr sauber. Nur der Weg vom Strand zurück zum Haus ist sehr anstrengend, da es lang & steil berghoch geht. Wir waren zu zweit und der Platz war ausreichend. Würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.”

    “Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung. Sehr gute Ausstattung, wobei wir über die Klimaanlage sehr erfreut waren. Die komplette Wohnung war sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Vermieter war wirklich sehr freundlich und hat uns viel über den Ort erzählt und uns gute Empfehlungen gegeben. Die Räume sehen exakt so aus, wie auf den Bildern. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen und würden diesen Urlaub jederzeit wieder buchen.”

    “Sehr schöne und moderne Wohnung. Nicht weit entfernt vom Strand. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und der Garten super zum Frühstücken und entspannen!
    Wir hatten einen Hund mit und er war so zufrieden dass er nicht mehr nach hause fahren wollte!
    Die Vermieter waren sehr lieb und immer für uns da falls wir was gebraucht haben. Sie haben uns viele Tips gegeben für Restaurants, Strände usw.”

    “Petite maison sympathique et confortable. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, de bons conseils et laissent à disposition des tablettes pour le lave-vaisselle, le nécessaire pour la machine à laver, fer et planche à repasser, liquide vaisselle, draps, essuies. La cuisine est full équipée (electro compris).
    La « vue » sur mer visible par la fenêtre de la cuisine, n’est possible qu’une fois debout (et n’est appréciable que si l’on passe outre du terrain à l’abandon situé juste en face et les multiples bâtiments).
    L’accès à l’habitation est compliqué à pieds, car situé dans une côte à degré très important, comme c’est le cas pour la grande majorité des autres bâtiments. En voiture, le logement dispose d’un emplacement gratuit dans la cours et est très apprécié.
    Nous aurions souhaité que la cours privative soit clôturée ( pour la sécurité des enfants ou animaux) et plus accessible ( table de jardin avec chaise en face de la maison plutôt que salon extérieur en haut des escaliers à l’arrière de la maison, voir les deux), la présence d’un barbecue aurait été un petit plus...”
