Enjoy a very quiet place in a lovely rural surrounding.
You'll live in your own (lower) flat in a two-family house.
If necessary you may have a second sleeping room in the upper flat.
Höxter is a district capitol with about 30.000 citizens and offers lots to see, for example the world heritage site castle Corvey next to the river Weser.
You'll live in a part of Höxter called Bruchhausen.
I may be there at the same time with my 4 cats, so sorry, this is not a place for allergy sufferers.
Please note and accept that I smoke in the upper flat and that I have 4 cats BEFORE you book.
You'll get your own 3-room groundfloor flat with private access, including fully equipped kitchen, also with basic food and a little welcome basket, washing and drying possibility in the basement.
Furthermore you'll have separate access to the partial covered terrace and the garden.
You'll have to manage 8 or 12 stairs to get into and 14 more if you need the second sleeping room in the upper flat, which is my living place when I'm there.
Please note and accept that I smoke in the upper flat, of course not in the sleeping room, and that I live there with my 4 cats.
The flat itself is nearly barrier-free, there are two toilet seat raisers and a wheeled walker which is also suitable for the narrow doors.
There's a small corner shop with bakery in the middle of the village. The next supermarket is about 2 km away.
You'll get to Höxter city or Brakel with lots of shops, cafés and big supermarkets in about 20 min by car.
The next train station is in the next village, about 2 km away.
There are public busses going to the train station or to Brakel down the hill in the middle of the village, but they drive not so often.
You'll live in your own (lower) flat in a two-family house.
